- Ian Review added: 2018.06.02★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Went there today and seen an item I wanted which only had one on display in the arts and crafts section, so went to the desk to asked if there were any in stock. The woman on the desk was helpful and called for a colleague to help 3 times, and then a manager called a further time, to which a colleague came after 10 minutes of waiting patiently by the tils. The young guy went up and we showed him where the product was and he said he would look and get back to us. So we stood there like lemons for about 20 minutes or more and he did not come back. So I went down stairs and saw him and he clocked me and walked quickly away in the opposite direction. Terrible customer service. Thankfully found what we were looking for in another shop at nearly half the price of what they were selling it for, so it actually worked out for the better for us in the end. Just was very annoyed at the colleagues lack of courtesy to even say sorry I cant see any stock or we were out of them would have sufficed. Just to reiterate the staff on the tils were great.
